Power Retrieval Retreat
Join us on Cape Cod June 12-14th
For anyone on a spiritual journey, who longs for ways to connect more deeply to the inner self, the spirit world, and a community of like-minded people.
What you'll experience
Throughout our lives, we have all had the experience of “giving our power away” or feeling it was taken from us. This leaves us with a sense of not being whole and wondering what’s missing. Losing our power, which is otherwise known as Chi, Prana and Soul, can cause us to feel out of touch with our bodies and our lives. It can also cause illness, depression, pain, and fatigue.
During this weekend workshop, Molly will expertly guide you in reclaiming your power using shamanic ceremony, fascial movement and journeying. She is masterful at holding space and creating a safe and supportive community environment.
Living with the fullness of your power means being in the flow of life. It means experiencing wholeness, vitality, and wellness.Join us, and re-discover the power that is your birthright!
How you will benefit
The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time to celebrate light and to revel in the excitement of what will come from all the seeds planted in spring. Our June Power Retrieval Retreat is a chance for you to experience that warmth and energy by the sea.
Each of our retreat locations is carefully chosen for its sacred energy, history, the intentions held within the space, and the thoughtful tending of the surrounding land. This destination is no different. Our main gathering place will be Thacher Hall, a former church now used as a secular venue, welcoming groups of all kinds.
The space, located at 266 Route 6A (Main Street) in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, is stewarded by the Yarmouth New Church Preservation Foundation. And their mission is to preserve the historic, American Gothic building as a vibrant cultural and community center, open to all.
Nearby is also a beloved “grandmother tree” we will plan to visit, a majestic, sweeping beech located within walking distance. For our Fire Ceremony (always a favorite for first-time and returning retreat goers), we’ll come together in neighboring Brewster, Massachusetts at a private residence. This special home has been lovingly cared for by the same family for three generations. And the land is deeply tended, laced with beautiful, flourishing gardens, which offer a grounded, intimate setting for this ceremonial work.
During our time in these special places, you will:
- Learn to journey shamanically
- Find a power animal
- Connect with like minded and supportive people that you’ll want to stay in touch with
- Deepen your sense of belonging to yourself, your community and the larger world
- Learn about setting up sacred space
- Learn about myofascial movement and how it can free you from pain, and tightness, and open up your energetic pathways
- Feel transformed into your authentic self
The retreat begins on Friday night at 7pm and ends on Sunday at 2pm. Please see the schedule of events below. Note the three-hour break on Saturday for you to enjoy the area.

Experiencing power loss.
Throughout our lives we have all had the experience of “giving our power away” or feeling it was taken from us, leaving us with the sense of not being whole, and wondering what was missing. This loss of power, otherwise known as Chi, Prana and Soul, can cause us to feel out of touch with our bodies and with our lives, it can cause illness, depression, pain, and fatigue.
What is Power Retrieval?
This workshop will give you the opportunity to retrieve this vital essence through Shamanic journeying, Sound Healing, Myofascial Movement, Art and Ceremony all done in a supportive and empowering women's group environment. When we experience life with this vital essence or power we are connected to the flow of life, we feel healthier, happier, and more energized. Please join us, and re-discover the power that is your birthright.
Reflections from past attendees
After the Power Retrieval, I started to feel very independent, stronger, and much more whole. I now feel like I am so much more comfortable being who I really am... I have participated in spiritual work before, but the work that I have done with you has been so life altering for me. It's just incredible. Thank you!!!
Sophia PlagiannokosI feel like a completely different person. I have less aches and pains and I have not cried of sadness like I was doing before the weekend. I am able to talk myself down when I feel anxiety coming on. The journeys were so powerful for me. Molly was extremely helpful to me in this journey.

Before attending the Power Retrieval workshop, I suffered from fibromyalgia, endometriosis, asthma, and allergies. I was taking many medications and suffering greatly. Now, I am off all my medications, my doctor confirmed there is no more allergy, and I feel great! Thank you for changing my life.
